We work with trusted international suppliers to bring you high-quality products at accessible prices — this means a slightly longer shipping window than Amazon, but we think the quality and price difference is worth it. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you always know where your package is.
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $45. Orders under $45 have a flat shipping fee of $4.99. We believe shipping costs shouldn't be a surprise at checkout, so we keep it simple.
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we can usually make changes or cancel it before it ships. After that window, we're unable to intercept the shipment — but our 30-day return policy still applies once it arrives.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll arrange a return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
We're sorry if that happened — that's not the Driftwell standard. Email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, no return required. We take full responsibility for damaged or incorrect orders.
Once your return is received and confirmed, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. They'll be returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the amount — this is outside our control.
Yes. Our memory foam products use CertiPUR-US certified foam — this means they're made without ozone depletes, PBDE flame retardants, heavy metals, formaldehyde, or phthalates. We only carry products that meet internationally recognized safety standards.
Our Cervical Memory Foam Pillow is designed for both back and side sleepers. It has two contour heights on each side — the lower profile supports back sleepers, the higher edge supports side sleepers. If you switch between positions during the night, this is the pillow for you.
The pillow cover is removable and machine washable — cold wash, gentle cycle, air dry. Do not put the memory foam core in the washing machine. The acupressure mat can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow both to air dry fully before use.
